So... on 1st October 2012 i was fired from my workplace.
Why?
Well... just because I posted something something on Fb and they kind of got to know about it.
The reason they give is just crap.
They say that parents complain about my post and its embarrassing.
Why I say it is crap?
1) I DO NOT have ANY parents in my network. None. Zilch. Nada. So how is it possible that they are able to complain about me?
2) My fb profile is NOT publicised. you can only access my profile if I accept you as a friend. Even so, I will further scrutinise who can see my post and who cant.
Thus, I came to a conclusion as to who actually complain about me. Only one person who have my fb and is working in the same centre as me.
To think that she used to be my mentor/ lecturer. It just hurts.
No warning letter, no serving of notice for one month. Nothing.
So now I am looking for a part-time job and I shall see how things go.
Note to self: Never work in a family-based company where the boss, manager, supervisor, admin, HR, cook, cleaner, gardener are the same group of people. As long as your name do not have any surname, you will be bullied and looked down upon.
